These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Pacific Coast Builders Maintenance ("PCB-M," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of Pacific Coast Builders, Inc., a licensed California general contractor (CSLB License #672362), located at 2127 S Hathaway St., Santa Ana, CA 92705. By using our website or submitting a request through our contact form, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
PCB-M provides residential home maintenance, repair, and preventative care services in Newport Beach and the surrounding Orange County coastal area. We are a division of Pacific Coast Builders, Inc., and our maintenance work is performed under its contractor's license.
Information you submit through our website is used to respond to your inquiry, to schedule visits and assessments, and to communicate with you about your home and your service. Submitting our form does not create a service agreement or oblige either of us to proceed; any work is agreed separately in writing before it begins.
Scheduling and Visits
Requesting a visit through our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will confirm the date and time with you directly, and we may follow up by phone, email, or text to do so. If we cannot serve your address, we will tell you.
Estimates and Pricing
Any pricing discussed before a visit is an estimate based on the information available at that time. Final pricing is confirmed in writing once we have seen the work. We do not begin chargeable work without your agreement.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Pacific Coast Builders Maintenance is a division of Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. Our text messages are sent by Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. on behalf of PCB-M, from the number (949) 810-2975.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in on our contact form, or by agreeing to text communication during a phone call or an in-person visit, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. about your PCB-M service.
Program description: We send appointment confirmations and reminders, a message to confirm we have the correct number for you, replies to your inquiries, updates about your service, and occasional requests for a review after work is complete. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.

One opt-out covers both: Because PCB-M and Pacific Coast Builders share one text messaging service, replying STOP stops texts from both PCB-M and Pacific Coast Builders, Inc.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting in to text messages is not required to receive our services, and the consent checkbox is not required in order to submit our form.
